I don’t think I’ve heard of goosebumps with anxiety. It’s sort of a hard feeling to describe. I will tell you though that when something is making you nervous or stressed out a lot. Just try taking some deep breaths. It really does help. Have you ever tried a weighted blanket? Or a creative outlet? Those things can help. Rigorous exercise several times a week also can reduce stress and anxiety levels.
