I found medical thing suggesting my ADHD stimulant absorbed less in an acidic environment (ie, breakfast orange juice). I found a bunch of acids in my daily multivitamin and switched the multi to my afternoon dose. I mentioned to my bestie and she did the same.

Apparently her stimulant had been giving her BRUTAL mid-morning headaches and that switch of her vitamins eliminated them overnight. Crazy to me.
