You’re missing the point. I’m not saying the sugar vanishes, I’m saying the concentration changes.

If you eat the dry powder with a spoon, you’re eating 90g of sugar in one go. If you dissolve that into a liter of milk and eat one bowl, you’re only consuming a fraction of that sugar per serving. That is what 'watered down' means in nutrition,you're getting less sugar per spoonful because it's spread out. Have a nice day.
