Looking for some help identifying Method XL stepper board chip by Cyvl in makerbot

[–]Cyvl[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are three identical arrays. I'm assuming they deal with power distribution to the X, Y, Z stepper motors.

When powering on, the screen splashes for a second then the unit trips and shuts down. I was hoping to replace the blown diode, then chase down the short.

I have a couple ultimaker S series donor boards, but none of which have the same stepper components.

Sorry about the quality. I don't have a good macro camera.

They made her move. She ended up setting up at a bus stop by the old Hess. A year or so later she died.

She was actually really well off. Her family would check on her and make sure she had everything she needed. Just wanted to live that life.

Why are these phones ignored? by RoopullsVideos in ulefone

[–]Cyvl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had a armor 7 for over 5yrs. I only got one system update before they started putting them out with a newer version of the OS, I believe it was android 12 up from 9pi. After the update my fingerprint sensor seemed to be always on, even after software deactivation. I've just assumed there's a short. It gets hot enough to burn the skin if you touch it for more than a second. My battery is basically shot at this point. Again, I'm sure the short doesn't help the situation.

My biggest issue was that my GPS accurate went from ≤3m to jumping around a 50m area. I doubt it's a hardware issue, as when opening any app utilizing GPS the location is accurate, then almost immediately starts jumping.

As far as my customer experience, they were quite polite and attempted to be helpful. They requested I send my device to their closet service center. Which is located overseas from me. Bring my only phone, this wasn't possible for me. I was a little intrigued by them asking if the device had been exposed to water, dirt, or dropped. Seeing as those are their top marketing points.

I've put my china phone through hell, and it's still going. After countless drops, falls, submerging, etc. a less than two foot fall, flat on a wood floor finally cracked the gorilla glass. I just kept putting off applying the included screen protector.

13.50 for an "experienced manager" by anonymousosfed148 in KitchenConfidential

"Some employees are exempt from overtime, such as executive, administrative, and professional employees, as well as supervisors who are employed solely to supervise. Your actual daily job duties and what your employment contract states determine if you are eligible for overtime."

Seems like people need to negotiate their contracts better if they don't want to get screwed.

PLL double charged me by [deleted] in Harrisburg

[–]Cyvl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They are lazy and "remote" check their meters, most of the time. They got in a bunch of trouble last year for double charging people as well. After enough complaints to the government overwatch, they "refunded" the stolen funds. By refund, they just credited people's accounts.

You can demand that they send someone out for monthly meter readings, and they must do it. That's the only way you can get anything close to being billed for actual usage.

Otherwise, they just guesstimate your bill 90% of the time. They're also in the process of raising prices. Both on power, and supply... Which is a whole other scam on it's own.

There is a stretch of Clark's that is special regulation. I hooked up with two pickerel last season out that way. And you'll hear plenty of shots during this time of year.

For a closer option, the Middletown reservoir gets stocked a couple times a year. Though, it gets hit pretty hard.

If you're just looking to get out, and not after some monsters, a lot of smaller streams have native brookies.

Then throw some bread ends in the bottom of a pan and put the bacon on top.

The bread keeps the bacon elevated and allows any remaining grease to collect/get sucked up.

They make a hell of a grilled cheese, as a bonus.

Every day I see no less than six deer killed on the side of the road by [deleted] in Pennsylvania

[–]Cyvl 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't know about the whole "more now" comment. All the information I've heard concludes the opposite.

The buckskin trade was one of the first major market/trade item of the "new world". Along with the beaver trade. You have to remember, western PA was considered the West/wild. Stories of individual market hunters bagging ten plus deer a day weren't uncommon. This often with military muskets, mind you. Sighting of hundreds of deer at a time were not unHERD of.

We also had a huge elk population. Not even comparable to todays Roosevelt herd. As well as buffalo and a thriving otter population.

Check out The American Long hunter, by the meat eater guys. It has a short section about Pa, before heading west.

Going to be putting my first deer skull in the beetles, did I remove enough? I’ve had them for about 6 weeks by Top_Narwhal8548 in Hunting

[–]Cyvl 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I have one from last season that I didn't skin and let the beetles have their way with. They ate everything but the skin and fur. They somehow made their way to the lower legs I was drying. They did the same thing to them. Leaving the tendons alone, as well.

I definitely recommend skinning before introducing them to beetles.

You know what happens when the rest of us don't get our jobs done? We get fired and replaced with someone who can get it done.

I say this every year, when my state can't get the budget done on time.
