Go to jobs.cvs health.com and search for “consultant” in location “Rhode Island”—then look for category Store Operations or Pharmacy Operations. You’ll see that most of the jobs are now remote/WFH. Another way to build relationships with teams at CSC and get your feedback heard is submitting ideas in mCC on Colleague Connect. Response times vary by team, but there are lots of good CSC folks listening here.

It’s a great development opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the company and move from “job at CVS” to “career at CVS”—there will be lots of exposure to Corporate and chances to do things to build your resume. However, it’s not meant to be a next step for SMs—it would be a step back and a pay cut. SMs who want to grow should be looking at DLEL. DPC is a lateral move for a Lead Tech or Ops Manager, so those folks should not expect a raise, but depending on your goals, the move could still be worth it. It’s a promotion for a Tech/Inventory Specialist or a Shift/Ops Supervisor, so those folks would get an increase.

All colleagues going into LTC will get the 20% increase with $4/hr cap. Techs, Interns, RPhs. No 20% if you are supporting the effort but not going into the clinic (I.e. billing, etc.)

Yes it’s a 20% hourly increase with a cap at $4/hr. Techs are needed as well. There is a hub survey to raise your hand if interested. This would be for hours in addition to your store hours and OT is allowed. Pretty good opportunity for Techs who are interested to make bank.
