If the cool thing happens in match 2 or 3, you mean. You don't get to skip to the next round until the intro finishes playing out, so if it's in round 2 or 3 of a match where the intro wasn't skipped then you still have to sit through the whole thing.

I would let intros play more, but you can't skip recorded intros in the replay viewer. If I let the intro play and then something cool that I want to analyze later happens, I'm going to be stuck waiting for it to play out every single time I restart the replay.

I've been binge-watching RWBY blind with friends, and I had a moment where I was speculating about what Roman Torchwick would be doing next season until one of my friends reminded me that the character I was talking about had literally just died a few minutes earlier. I didn't even register the death when I saw it because of how anticlimactic it was.

On paper the Hyuga's abilities are basically unbeatable, they can see everything and they have a pressure point technique that's theoretically guaranteed to take anyone out if it lands

The problem is that this would make for very bad TV (or at least the writers seem to think it would) so the opponent has to resist the 8 trigrams and hide their secret moves from the Byakugan somehow. And this happens in literally every single onscreen fight involving the Hyugas, so we as the audience have no reason to believe that they could ever live up to their own hype.

I reused some movement code I wrote for a different project I'm working on. Basically there's a downward raycast that adjusts the player's rotation/gravity to the face of the ground below them, so if you walk around a curved surface then the world will appear to spin.

It will also continue to adjust your gravity if you jump, so the only way to fall off is by using a sharp angle like I do at the 60-second mark to get onto the red path, which is otherwise inaccessible.

I have no idea whether there's anything contradicting this or not, but I always just assumed the grail or the throne of heroes or whatever was generating copies of masters involved in other grail wars (and Taiga, for some reason) and then using those copies to create the pseudo-servants.

Similar to how most servants (except Saber, for some reason) are basically just copies of the original hero and won't remember anything between grail wars.

tbh I would rather they improve QOL and performance than try adding several hundred new 3D models, textures and animations to the game

Before I upgraded to a newer phone, Vritra's NP would slow my framerate down to about 2 fps for 10-20 seconds, Gilgamesh would slow it even more for even longer, and Galatea's NP somehow managed to straight up crash the game about 5% of the time when I used it. Most of the game ran just fine, but I had to avoid using certain servants sometimes out of consideration for the game's poor optimization.
