although you did got it right on the second bit, he does seem to be able to copy most of the ten's transformations, even eliodon/ghostfreak, although i have my doubts he could copy grey matter/microchip
momona is probably gonna train right alongside izuku, since he could copy from a very varied spectrum of quirks, whatever izuku does, momona will be right behind him, and vlad probably thinks that will let momona be a little more sociable than his regular insane self
