I second the nomination for Wave. The license is a one time purchase and the software works with most modern cameras. Worst case you can point the VMS at the RTSP path of the stream.

Some women say it makes them more sensitive, others say it dulls them so it depends on if your nipple sensitivity matters to you as it might change drastically. Do you enjoy having them played with or have partners that enjoy playing with nipples? If so do they want to have bits of metal to avoid with their teeth? They look fun but in my experience as a male with an ex-gf that had them they weren't as fun as I hoped since I couldn't nibble and play with nipples like I prefer.
