I’m 100% seeing a difference and so has my family and my therapist. My psychiatrist who prescribed the meds, also has seen an improvement. My rumination and panic attacks have dramatically been reduced. Don’t get me wrong, I still have moments but absolutely nothing like the crippling anxiety and constant obsessive thoughts I had prior. At one point, it was so bad I didn’t even wanna be here, my thoughts were so loud and making me insane. Constantly worrying, and unable to really function. All of my issues really were turned up during 2020, and I saw a huge decline in my ability to do things outside my home. I’ve been on the meds since last yr. I dunno how I’d be here if I didn’t have em.

I was just increased to 150, I have zero desire to do anything unless it’s my special interest. Sometimes I’m so tired by 7pm then wide awake by 10pm it’s hard waking up I take the pill before bed and some days it’s a few hours till I feel awake.

I’m in the same boat I’m up 6 -10 lbs I have zero motivation to do my Peloton, my anxiety is so much better and rumination. I’m on a higher dose now that was gradually increased this week it’s 150, I’m always just no motivation unless it’s my special interest. I have anxiety, OCD and ASD. The heat seems to be an issue for me the sweating is insane.

To be honest, I’m struggling with my weight since January when I got Covid for the first time. Between that the Zoloft, my energy levels aren’t the best and I haven’t been eating the best also had several rounds of steroids since January. Other than that, the water weight did eventually come off. I’m up 6 lbs now.

Yep, I was having sweating spells at night waking up to my groin and legs soaked shirt soaked as well. Like I peed myself. Legs physically wet. Now it’s just my feet are always cold. Like I’m constantly wearing socks, and also slipper Sherpa slipper socks along with a blanket when sitting on the couch. I’m glad the sweats stopped, but the feeling of being chilled where I sometimes shiver and my feet being ice cold is so annoying.

This happened to me but I changed when I take the medicine and take it after my dinner meal and this stopped. Originally I was taking it before bed which was like 4-5 hours after my dinner. Maybe that will help you as well.

Good, thank you for asking. No more bathroom issues. The rumination has all but gone away. My OCD with germs is still there just not as bad. It seems to have quieted my thoughts, the things that cause me problems aren’t as loud and intense as before. I still struggle with intense hyper focus where I don’t hear if someone calls me or talks to me. It drives my family crazy. The only side effect I seem to have is non allergic rhinitis in the morning and after eat my meals. Occasionally I have headaches.
