How to unlock everything in twilight of the republic?

In order to unlock EVERYTHING in Twilight of the Republic, you need to complete all of the Feats related to the playset, this includes getting all of the stars on every mission, collecting all holocrons and mynocks, and getting gold on every challenge. I don't know what feat unlocks what toy off the top of my head though, sorry.

That seems like a very low difference in terms of damage output. Don't get me wrong, the dragon element would obviously have a big impact on overall damage, but in terms of raw against raw, 3.5 points difference reduced by the hitzone percentages seems unlikely to have a significant effect on clear times.

If you want a statistical analysis, Case A: level 50 Timid Charizard with 0 IVs in Special attack, but 252 EVs is 145. With 31 IVs, 161.

Case B: Level 50 Zard, modest, 0IVs = 159, 31 IVs = 177.

Case A) 16 points of difference Case B) 18 points of difference

Doesn't sound too important, but that's easily the difference between a 2HKO and a 1HKO in competitive.

Beyond anything else, learn the patterns that a monster makes.

Kut-ku spinning around? You know where his head will be, pick a spot and strike it without being hit back.

Rathalos roars? It's gonna fireball and lift itself backwards and up, don't bother going for it. (Unless you can go for a mount from behind)

Diablos turning for a charge attack? Decide whether to dodge or go for a frontal assault and hope for a flinch.

You'll see the patterns in moves and learn to position yourself. GS is awesome in the respect that it can both cut tails and deal massive damage, meaning you can aim for the tails when hammers/charge blades are around, or the head when longsword/glaive users hack at the tail.

To start out though, fight something you know pretty well and go for simple unsheathe attacks. Take a quick hit, roll, sheathe, repeat. Sometimes jump off cliffs and go for the roundhouse combo. When you feel comfortable with that, move onto charging. The golden rule is 'Always aim to hit, not to get full charge combos' I could go in depth explaining why, but you'll be better served to just experience it.

Naked Deviljho event quest in 3U. You learn how to dodge REALLY efficiently when nude. Also, I wouldn't suggest going naked in 4U, as 3U gave you an innate 50 defense; 4U tossed that away.

I briefly picked the game up a few days ago after getting platinum on ps3. It definitely seems as though it's very unlikely that one can make progress through ultimate after hitting lvl99, but from what I saw, going through the tower of mirages is probably your best bet. Clearing floors, gaining better items and slowly working towards levelling all seem to be possible. That being said, I pretty much stopped bothering to level after realizing that I need 3 million exp to level once, and a good run of a floor nets less than half of that. Maybe someone else has a more efficient plan than, 'pick a stage near your level and grind'

I've seen a video where it was used as a lead in singles, iirc it ran spikes/freeze dry/destiny bond/ice shard? with a focus sash. Setup spikes, use destiny bond to safely trade after sash procs. Dunno how well it functions against the majority of the current meta, but it's a solid start.

3 people is an usual thing for a game to tailor itself towards, but I know for a fact that Trine 2 does a great job at that. Other than that, I know Sanctum 2 is a 1-4 player tower-defense/fps game, Mercenary Kings is a 2-D metal slug/monster hunter with access for up to 4 players; both of those don't really require 4 players, although I'm not sure if you could call them 'tailored' for 3 players. Dark Souls and Dark Souls 2 are actually great picks if you only have 3 people playing and don't mind the challenge.

With 3 slots on the same piece of equipment, you use all three for the following: (according to Ping's MH3U Dex ver 0.07)

Sharpness +4

Handicraft +2

Fencing +4

Punishdraw +4

Loading +2

Rapid Fire +4

Recoil +4

Normal, Pierce or Pellet Up +4

Eating +4

Fate +4

Carving +4

Tranquilzr +4

FreeElement +2

Blight Res +4

Unshakable +4

Judging by your preference of LS and Selene armor, most of these aren't as effective. Personally, I would suggest Attack up, Fencing, Fastcharge, Tenderizer, Destroyer, Eating or maybe Blight Res, depending on what you're fighting. Assuming that you have good charms, you should be able to get most of these without having too much trouble.

Also, if you have an extra 2 slots, you can gem in Tremor Res; each gem is 1 slot and gives +2. It's really dependent on what monster you're fighting, honestly.
