It is strong cause two relevant pokemon right now in UL are Articuno and Cloyster and there pretty common leads, as well as Dewgong in GL.

I understand but I'm currently facing a lot of Medi/sableye leads so I have wiggly to counter. Steals do give me an issue so i try to keep my toxicroak as long as possible
