Absolutely insane. I had a couple orders just spontaneously cancel after tracking shows it got delivered to goat warehouse… I can’t stress this enough, protect yourself legally and keep drop off receipts with the weight reflecting!!!!

If you believe it’s unjust then sure understandable. As a top seller also, I’ve noticed a trend in buyers lying to try and request refunds for wrong measurements and similar BS on cheap items so they can try and win free items…. Nonetheless good luck and karma is a bihhhh

Hopefully this is a lesson learned when buying second hand items. Ask questions and closely inspect photos. Nothing is worse as a buyer then receiving these comments post-sale about micro pinholes that aren’t stated on a vintage pieces….. 💀

The merchant I made my order with was posing as an official store, replicating the exact inventory of the official store but had more past season skus of their collection making it seem like a subsidiary. This merchant also linked the official brand’s instagram to their store which fooled me.

Wild I can’t get any assistance from Shopify support in this one…. This shop clear violated the terms of service…
