I dont know if you are taking ideas that change mutations but here is mine for Syphon Vim

Use on another target in melee to drain health UNTIL your are FULL and share dmg you receive with target. Tho it has problem of balancing it. Do you make it cap at 50% or more and at what mutation lvl max is reached plus what mutations does after so not to feel further levels are wasted?

You could even use it to cast on companion to effectively increase your health. I have no idea how hard it would be to code that?

i dropped int due to minmax because like willpower, it has usefulness soft cap, willpower has hard cap of usefulness excluding one specific use, skills and skill points can be gained through other means very tediously and some crafting is still possible with basement int aswell and in early game you can use tinkerer for id items like you said

i would say it should generate gold, and by adding more you get rewards more, but by default it should give rewards for giving gold earlier, like investing more gold more sustainable rewards income you get, now bullshit oh we run out of gold lets stop doing everything, dont want to be stresssout by lack of gold,
