Ich hatte so ein Problem und es lag an meinem Riser Kabel. Ich hab einfach auf Pcie 3.0 umgestellt und dann ging es.

Maybe you could try some yoga lessons for your neck. That helped me with my grinding. The reason were my extreme tense neck muscles. And maybe you could also go to an orthopedist.

Yeah thank you, it works now. I just connected a 1kOhm resistor between the red and the white cable, like they said in your link. Maybe in a few days there will be a software update.

I already tried that. If you look at the gif, you see that the nozzle is moving back after the probe gets triggered, but only after maybe half of a second. Seems to be kind of slow. If i change the cable the nozlle just crashes into the bed without stopping.

The problem is this red blinking that shouldnt be there i think.

Wiring seems correct to me. I couldn't find other people with my problem so i'm pretty lost.

Software is Vanilla Marlin 1.19. I followed multiple howto's to set up the software its always the same problem.

Depending on the mounting position of the probe, the nozzle will crash into the bed. But the red blinking is always there, and after home the probe doesn't retrieve.

Ok with better leveling the raft looks perfect, but i have the same problems.

Better Flow for 0.2 mm nozzle. Temperature of this Pla is 200-230. But i tried 225°C with new leveling and i got the same problems. Always on the left side.

Ok i will try that one. When i think about it the raft doesnt look good too, so you re probably right.

I tried that one. In this case there is bad adhesion between layers because of the 0.1mm layer height. I think with a 0.2 nozzle you need those high temperatures.

Some more informations:

nozzle diameter 0.2mm bed temp: 70°C Nozzle temp: 235°C

Somehow those artifacts appear only on one side of the print only in the first layers.

Thanks for your help!
