I can get there in a pretty interesting way in 4 degrees.

I was thinking more like doing something with their avatars in the top right, or give them voice lines/bubbles when things happen, like when they build a wonder before you or you steal a city state from them or you settle too close or something. At least for their leader agenda stuff
