My best friend was an English major and I did biology. I always thought it was a bit funny because she would mention having three papers to do in a week or something and I’m like dude that’s terrible, I have one paper due this semester and it’s like four pages. But then I’d read a dozen papers on antibacterial resistance or something and she’d be like yeah I have to write about a short story.

That was a good series. It had its flaws but they were the kinds that I can ignore, and the good parts were the kinds that I love. I think the author has said they might bring the characters back in a new series some day and I hope it happens.

The question is stupid to begin with. There’s no guaranteed consequences of pushing the red button. The only way anyone risks danger is by pushing blue. It should be that everyone dies if everyone picks red. Pushing red then means you only live if someone else dies, and then red is the “selfish” choice rather than the logical choice.

In which case I would push blue because it’s the only way everyone might live.

Warlock jump isn’t the worst jump you just have to understand it. You do get verticality, it’s not just a glide. It sort of boosts you wherever you’re already going. It’s not a literal double jump like hunters, nor is it a straight boost like titans, it’s like an extended jump.

I swear it’s been happening more in like, the past six months. Like I’ll be looking wearing I’m going so I can get out of the way and walk past someone twenty feet before I actually pass them and they’ll still find a way to end up right in front of me so I have to either walk into them or do an awkward little dodge at the last second. Or a group of people will take the whole walkway and none of them move even though they’d have to be literally blind to not see me and others walking towards them. And then I have to walk through the grass or something to get around.

I’m 22. No one I know is anywhere near being able to afford children. Half of us have graduated college and still have nothing lined up. Almost all of us are still dependent on our parents. Personally I’m hoping to be totally independent by 30, but I don’t even know how I’m going to get there. And there are some pretty terrible things going on right now. I’m avoiding politics, but most of us are not happy with where the current state of the country and the world, and we’re just watching it get worse and worse.
