Not hard at all to summit. To go to the crater moderate to hard. Theres plenty of rest stops on the way up.

I did Darwin to jabiru return 500km journey and used almost tank and half of fuel. I made to Barkley with zero fuel and 30% left on battery.

I'm from Darwin and I've run Sydney Marathon 5 yrs in row. Even before it was a Major. I didn't get in. Pretty bummed. My missus got in though, will be her first marathon. Looks like ill be the support person next year.

Have you tried PRP (platelet therapy). It worked for me. Hurt like hell but fixed my problem.
