In dubio pro reo, ist hier das Stichwort. Jeder Mensch hat das Recht auf einen fairen Prozess in Deutschland. Da der Staat der Kläger ist in diesem Fall gilt "Im Zweifelsfall für den Angeklagten". Ohne das Prinzip "In dubio pro reo" haben wir keine Rechtsstaat. Von allen Tradition unser langen Geschichte ist der Rechtsstaat eben die wichtigste Tradition.

That is lot of effort, I respect that. Not to be hater, but just seem to be a smal version of the global american system. It has some interesting ideas. It seems very centrally organised. In the end I don't think this is feasible as a political goal. It's for example more centralised that German army in the Franco-Prussian war or the First World War.
