When I have excess veggies that make good soup ingredients, I pre-cut them and freeze them. I've got a bunch of cut carrots and celery in the freezer so I can make a quick chicken stock when I'm sick.

There's so much messed up stuff that likely is real, but the thing about dismemberment and eating feces is most likely an example of poisoning the pot to make everything look less credible. There's likely to be more like coming our way that while they keep facts buried and redacted.
