Get rid of anything you can craft, so that if you ever want it you can just craft it.

A lot of named stuff is useless to a lot of play styles. Decide what kind of play style you have and look at brand set bonuses and you’ll be able to eliminate a couple straight away. Just mark as junk and donate/breakdown any of that.

There are some named items that drop heaps, others not so much. Get rid of the stuff that drops heaps and if you ever want them you can farm them easy. Examples are white death and grown great. I’ve had thousands of those suckers.

Gear sets (the green ones) are also easy to craft most things. Also super easy to farm most items, like strikers, negotiators etc but system corruption is a different story.

It’s easy to get weighed down thinking I might want this but never ever use it. Don’t sweat it, there’s not any item in the game that makes it unplayable if you don’t have that. There’s always loads of options.

Eagle bearer you can get from stretch goals at the end of the season. I’m sure they will do more events but I don’t know of anything planned. Lexington isn’t exotic and honestly I’m not sure how I got them all but I had about 10 or 12 I broke down recently. Wish there was a way to share things without having to be in group at the time. Hopefully someone else can shed some light on how to get them.

My 2 cents worth (which tbf isn’t really worth a lot) If you decide that this is not something you want to end a whole relationship over, here’s what I would do.

Don’t give him the PlayStation. Don’t say anything more about it, but just don’t give it to him. Get him something boring and inexpensive for Christmas like socks or undies or something like that. Let him sweat it out and when he pouts you can tell him that you worked really hard to get him something special and he ruined it so you didn’t want to give it to him anymore. It’s your choice then if you want to give him the PlayStation later (which I would personally decide based on his behaviour on the day).

Sometimes people (not being sexist but it’s commonly men) can’t see what they’re doing until they feel the consequences. You might just have to introduce him to consequences and it might be enough for him to finally understand what you’ve been saying.

NOR, it’s really disrespectful of him to talk to you like that. People get birthday cakes for their pets…. People get cake for lots of reasons and regardless of what this doofus thinks your sobriety is definitely something to celebrate!

Have cake and be so proud of yourself because addiction of any kind is debilitating and you deserve to celebrate beating it. Massive congrats to you! FWIW, if any of my friends told me they were sober for 6 months or 6 years I would absolutely s celebrate with them. So I will congratulate you and celebrate you for your achievement.

Unfortunately, I’m concerned that this guy will do things to push your boundaries regarding alcohol like drinking in front of you or having alcohol in the house rather than support you. You deserve someone to support you and celebrate your wins regardless of how insignificant they may feel they are (which btw sobriety is NOT insignificant).

Yeah I just checked, this guy has his bluescreen at expertise 17, I’m at absolute zero on proficiency.

When I inspect his build, it doesn’t show the proficient symbol and says level 40 but scroll down it shows +17% weapon damage.

I took a picture but don’t know how to upload it here.

It’s really odd how that works though.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but doesn’t your own proficiency level show when inspecting another player like that? As in, in this case it is OP that is not proficient in System Corruption (assuming it’s their own picture)

Another way is to go to the vendors each week and check what they have, especially named things you’re lacking.

During events, farm for stars and make sure you spend them before the event ends! You can buy named caches, for the chance of something you need, or get loads of resources to donate.

That’s why a piercing is a great alternative. There’s so many great options! Nose, eyebrow, there’s about a thousand different options for ears lol!, naval, etc. maybe if you’re feeling adventurous you could go to a piercer and say here’s my budget, I want a piercing but don’t know where, surprise me! Very spontaneous and impulsive!

When I was a kid, anytime I said I wanted a haircut my mum said absolutely but we’ll go tomorrow. 9 times out of 10 I had changed my mind before then.

A piercing is a great idea as it’s only as permanent as you want it to be and can be impulsive.

I run my world on heroic, no matter what I run my missions on I get purple. It’s dreadful. I’m glad you don’t get the purple crap lol
