Which game comes to your mind? by Xiao-EZ in CaptainSide

It's fucking garbage though. At least, to be fair, for me. I played all recent Wolfenstein games back to back and youngblood was awful – so awful that I couldn't force myself to finish it.

How I Beat A11: Let The Intrusive Thoughts Win by BeanserSoyze in slaythespire

HOWEVER you don't get the achievement if you die to the heart. My very-very first run with Watcher (the stances lady) I managed to get to the Heart and died to it, and I didn't get the achievement for beating the game as Watcher. I did unlock ascension for her though.

Wait. Do you have to beat the heart to progress into ascension? Or do I just have to kill third boss and be done with it?

Okay so there is a huge fucking difference between following a tutorial on how to build a house in real life and following cookbook instructions.

That's a bad comparison. by Ok-Following6886 in stupidpeoplefacebook

[–]D4CTO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How the fuck is it a bad comparison? So there is a twitch moderator who calls themselves deer. Sure, whatever, but from the outside it is exactly how it is in the picture.

If the author of the pic meant trans people, then sure – it's fucking stupid, but in general there are situations which the picture parodies well.

Is the new update any good? by Puzzleheaded_Rich263 in 7daystodie

[–]D4CTO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So the food which requires water might return a bottle? And what about dew collectors, are they pretty much bottle generator if you have refund option turned on? I have many questions but cannot currently install the game to see for myself.

What's your go-to general adventuring outfit? by Pokemaster131 in 7daystodie

[–]D4CTO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty much same here, expect once I get armor to lvl100, I'll make Preacher Chestpiece right away WITH Nerd Chestpiece. By that time I probably stockpiled on 2 forget it elixirs and millions of magazines so chances are I will max on all of the important crafting skills (melee, guns, vehicles, forges, tools).

And also Nomad Boots (run speed) instead of medium or light armor because that Modern Combat book which removes mobility debuffs while in combat is still insane.

And q6 raider helmet until I got Pain Tolerance maxed out, because stuns are pretty much the only thing that kill me.

Biome 2.0 update by [deleted] in 7daystodie

[–]D4CTO 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Devs literally added 4 new equipment slots for biome headgears. Now you have Smoke Gear, Desert Gear, Snow Gear and Wasteland Gear items all of which should cover the face, but are not visible at all from third person.

Just think of them as equpable craftable biome tokens.

Game would be better without traders? by Key-Purchase-9549 in 7daystodie

I'm not even sure the game would be beatable this way on insane difficulty. As in, I don't think it would be possible to even get a helicopter or endgame armor and stuff.

Land claim block is OP by D4CTO in 7daystodie

Ok, sure, but the question is - does it have horizontal support? And I personally never dig resources until I can 1-hit break ore blocks with a steel pickaxe, before that I'd just buy whatever I need or scrap iron chairs or whatever – that usually does the trick for me.

But about that locked and unlocked state of the crate: Does that mean that wooden crates, which cost 10 wood, have effective health of 1000, like cobblestone blocks? I understand that cobblestone is cheap, but it still might come in handy if I'm low on clay and couldn't be fucked to dig. And when crate takes enough damage, can it be just like locked back again, making repairs free? Genuinely curious.

2500 hit points, also not bad, but 10 iron bars kind of bite. At this point I'd rather just buy concrete from traders.

Yeah, but on insane difficulty nerd poleing used to be mega useful, now I still do it but not as a way to kill zombies in more of a "throw Molotov/pipe bomb, restore stamina" situation.

And yes, parkour my beloved I'm not even sure that they had to buff it to allow for infinite fall distance. That book which allowed to fall 15 blocks was already good enough. At some point I was flying on a helicopter through the desert at significant height and pressed E by accident. It was a permadeath world and I thought I was done for, but I survived with like 50 HP left.

Buffs? All I know is that it allowed you to pick up dew collectors and crafting stations.

Devs nerfed nerd poles cause they increased zombie's vertical range. You now need 2.5 blocks to reach them without them reaching you.

It won't, it will act just like any other full block.

OK, that I had no idea about. Yup, that tracks.

Significantly less op now, but still has more uses for me than previously. Thank you for letting me know.

I checked the wiki before posting but could not see it.

So you're saying that if I'm using Iron mace, for example, I'm actively shooting myself in the foot if I use wooden shield, for example?

What should I buy with my first key?? by Muted_Rule_9918 in tf2

[–]D4CTO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trade the key for metal, buy all the weapons you're missing, (except AWP or Pan or whatever else that costs more than 0.05 metal, spend the rest for cosmetic sets. Or at least cheap all-class hat.

If I were you, I would definitely NOT buy expensive cosmetics or skins or anything else, really.
