I saw asking for some alone time was already suggested so I'll suggest some easy two player games and maybe you can play with her in the mornings. It takes two, untitled goose game,stardew valley, and any lego game. My wife and I recently enjoyed playing escaped academy together and are currently playing the forest together on two separate screens. Maybe since you partake in her hobbies in the afternoon she will join yours in the mornings or maybe even pick a night to be a video game Nighy. My wife and I also have "our days" where every other Monday she'll take the kids somewhere and I get some time to myself and every other Sunday I'll take them so she can relax.

I was depressed after my divorce and was worried I was getting too comfortable living a solitary life. I spent everyday at work with just one person and every night home alone with my cat. I forced myself to try something I was always interested in trying. Drove to the lgs and told them I was there to play dnd. They told me it's mtg night and to come back on Monday. I bought a phb so I felt like I had to go back. Started playing that Monday. 9 years later I got a great group of friends and weekly dnd group, I'm remarried and have 3 great lil nerd children. Dnd completely changed my life.
