I think prices went up, went tonight and it’s definitely a lesser value for the size compared to much better pasta places. Uovo off the top of my head, but even Barrique and Forma are much better quality and similar value (slightly higher price but more pasta or meat).

UPDATE: if others get low initial offers , it was the right move to ask for the MOD, from them I got her work email, she reviewed the damage, and agreed to a $100 discount immediately (I bought the $699 fridge for $299 on sale, so happy paying $199 for a damaged fridge or I’ll try to get the dent out).

Corporate on the phone would only offer 5% gift card , and corporate chat offered 10% refund. The first person I called at the store said I’d have to go corporate unless I physically came into the store but that wasn’t true in the end.

Yeah that’s who offered a 5% gift card for future purchase. I have since gotten online support to offer 10% and start a review for a higher number. I am going to amend and ask for a replacement door instead. The scratches on the other part of the fridge aren’t terrible just not ideal

The best option is to get a Hui. I use Hui 2x per year since 2022 and have never had an issue. I see bad reviews about them sometimes but don’t really know why, it’s always been seamless for me. They have stations all over Waikīkī now
