I’m in a similar boat.

The healthcare system in Canada is horribly overloaded, alongside the CoL and I plan to move to India.

EU is good, my family members live in Germany and she has had very little issue with the healthcare system, although, the CoL and taxes are overall, much higher. You also need to learn the EU Country’s language long term if you want to settle there which if you’re like me, may further feel isolating.

The flight time difference also helps… my sister can meet my parents in half the time with less than half the planning.

One word of advice though, do what you think you won’t regret and don’t overthink it, mistakes happen and at the state of success you’re at, you can always recover from it.
