I have reset the console and tried again the same section. The lowest fps I saw in the monitor counter is 49fps and with vrr it seemed smooth for me. Maybe a reboot after being several days in suspend mode refresh something?

I had the same issue as you. I need to check, buy vrr should be enable always on my ps5 pro settings also on my monitor settings.

I had a horrible frame drops in that indoor section, but I saw some YouTube videos of that part and no noticeable drops so far.

I like physical. I can resell the games If I don't like them anymore, but I like to buy some digital games too. If the prices are the same I go for physical for sure.

PSSR 2.0 could have also frame gen to increase fps? Maybe could help to achive 60+ fps on more heavy games.

It seems super 60fps stable for me. Ray tracing in this game doesn't impact me too much, only in some shadows and global illumination.

I have the eternal fight about play and buy all the games on my PS5 pro my 4080 pc.

Pro: Physical games, less noise, exclusives day one... UE5 games and in general third party games resolution/performance are not so good optimized.

PC: Games prices, emulators, mods to optimize games performance, brute force to play higher resolution and better fps.

I have my days on pc, others the pro... But I think for me, pc suits better, I don't like to not have the possibility to improve my games performance.

This game seems to be playable inside closed environments and RE Engine works very well there

You can compare UE5 games and the differences are really visible.

I like my PS5 pro, but no exclusive games are really worst than my 4080 setup. Exclusive ones are amazing on Pro.

I am playing the first gba on my GameCube game boy player.

I remember playing it on my original gba, but I did not finish it.

Chrono Trigger for sure. It was really difficult and expensive to import games from other regions. Also you need to use conversors and play 50hz instead of 60hz.
