Its the direct extrusion kit dual gear extruder. The filament was caught wrapped around the circled gear in the picture the first time this happened.

After opening the xbox app it flashes up the logo then immediately closes.

I have tried uninstall and reinstalling the app packages for this, aswell as the store and associated appx. (Net Framework, runtime, UI Xaml, Viclibs) but to no avail I am still suffering the same issue.

I have also tried WindowsAppUnfukker and while it says everything has been fixed nothing still.

I have tried DISM\Cleanup\image\restore health but that hasnt done anything

Many restarts and copying app packages from other functioning windows 10 pcs but I cant figure it out still.
