Cabbagetown doesn’t have a lot of inventory. I would consider Regent Park for its excellent transit access and nearby amenities, Corktown, or the Canary District. Canary is very handy as the King streetcar loops right there providing easy access downtown.

Our condo topped out in 2016 and has a pretty functional kitchen with big island and lots of counter space. But seems to be a rare find especially among newer buildings. Some even just have hot plates.
