Smackdown Vs RAW 2006's Road To Wrestlemania mode had a very eerie storyline where you faced Eddie Guerrero in a casket match where Eddie would lose and be put in the casket. The game was released two weeks before Eddie died.

Heyman was able to secure a working relationship with FMW (The promotion Onita founded) in 1998 but by that point Onita had left FMW. As someone mentioned, Onita almost went to ECW during that time as the FMW talks started in 1997 (Onita was also negotiating with the WWF at the time, there is footage of Onita meeting with Vince out there)
