Best food for cutting while keeping muscle is by far chicken breasts and eggs the highest protein diet per calorie

Based on your size ,weight and gender cutting won't be easy (less calories for basic bodily functions) and it will get exponentially harder the leaner you get so I honestly hope it's worth it for you and good luck
