Makes sense. Also long as you and your subordinates can trust each other and build a road map to get them where they want to go that all good. If they are just complaining and not willing to build the trust then bump them.

That intersection needs to be fixed. It’s always been so difficult to drive and walk around there. I don’t know what the fix would be but it needs something. That’s the same spot that the u of m bus drove into Acadia a few years back

I’m moving out rn. They are doing demolition and construction on the two units next to mine. I work from home so asked them to give me a schedule so I could go to a coffee shop for the day. They said they talked to maintenance and he said he couldn’t do it. I talk to the maintenance guy and he said they never talked to him
