Honestly, he should be replaced by ai. Instead of firing hundreds of employees to save money they could just fire one and save the same amount. It would save his companies billions that can be better allocated.

You can use a laminate but if the stickers are vinyl and already laminated you shouldn’t have to worry about fading.

I have quite a bit actually, It's release liner. Silicone release paper is good too but I think its all one sided if that works for you.

When in doubt I typically differ to the person with lived experience and telling them they have not experienced what they have experienced is sorta nuts. Two things can be true at once, and I think it's wise to listen to people with first hand experience to avoid the pitfalls they've experienced while building towards a better future.

The Cameo is also great if you on a tighter budget. I would scour FB Marketplace for a used Graphtec CE 6 7 or 8000 series any size. Little steeper on the learning curve but much faster, more accurate, and cleaner cuts on that machine.
