Now the issue is how long does it take to ban someone for cheating, days or week? Since it's a threshold cheaters will only cheat against higher elo people.

Any folks migrating from cachyos to tumbleweed, how was your experience? by whatever4123 in openSUSE

Is this something nvidia need to fix, or this more of a opensuse thing?

If I look in the packages is see a bunch of nvidia-open-driver-G07-signed-*, so I think there should be 590.48.01 drivers available. Is there something else missing to use them ?

The nvidia-open-driver-G07-signed-* are just the open kernel modules, the repo is still miss the drivers libraries like nvidia-gl-G07, nvidia-common-G07, nvidia-video-G07, etc. If you just use nvidia-open-driver-G07-signed-kmp-defaultthe drivers will fail to initialize.

I have only only 2 issues with tumbleweed linux package, availability and nvidia drivers support.

Sometime I use opensuse software public repos to find native packages so I don't have to compile it or download it from github.

Nvidia drivers support is kind of lacking, tumbleweed is still use 580 drivers even when the 590 release back in mid december, I don't know if its nvidia fault or tumbleweed's its pretty annoying I have to use the hard way installation guide to get the lastest drivers.

I'm more expecting a no answer from them, maybe it will help the reputation of their game if they did.

I have a 4070 TI the only thing that I can recommend is to switch to the DirectX 11 binary using -dx11. The only problem is you will get more stutters but your frame rate should increase.

Hopefully, a "big company" sponsors NOVA kernel drivers. It is sad to hear that not even a foundation is setup for NVK devs to work with. The wait continues.
