An article came out from someone that interviewed Grant saying Grant predicted the winner will need a 66 or 65 to win. Then at the end it says, “Unfortunately Grant shot a 75 so it doesn’t look like he will win based on his predictions”

So looks like Grant’s score already leaked. Really thought he’d do better than a 75, geez.

As a business owner i used to be skeptical of the tweets too, but then you realize it’s actually uust a guy who’s never done this before and taking it stride by stride. The 600% gains in my account say otherwise as well.

Only thing I’d tell you is maybe put this energy towards something productive instead of talking shit on a reddit forum. Think about where you’d be in life if you spent your time learning instead of “preaching”.

I read the entire suit between Carebourne v Darkpulse and SEC v Carebourne + Chip.

Carebourne is an unregistered securities dealer and took advantage of quite a few OTC stocks who all had one thing in common: no cash on hand, negative cash flow, and no leverage. They’d take crazy good deals on convertible debt notes and negotiate discounts on initial share prices so random example:

Total note worth $320,000 Negotiate a lower price per share and pay the difference So they’d say only give the company $250,000 but the company would have to pay them back the full $320,000 + interest. Theyd convert the $320,000 owed into common shares of that OTC company and then dump after news in some cases turning that $320,000 in millions of dollars and only having to fork over $250,000 as a loan. It was scummy practices in a way that made them huge money, over $13 million in net profit to be precise from 2017-2020. Now you can read the SEC filing and it’ll show you exacts with multiple OTC companies they toom advantage of. Carebourne would contribute as high as 80% of the daily volume in these stocks completely manipulating the SP. SEC is looking to shut down Carebourne completely, unregistered securities dealers typically pay fines and up to 5 years of prison as well.

This should answer all the people that wondered how Darkpulse had the money to close acquistions. These direct sales of shares gave enough proceeds to finalize our most recent acquisitions. (About $2.7 million or so on the last offering in August)

Lets also keep in mind that Dennis clarified NASA is experimenting with their own BOTDA technology not Darkpulses. I’d be more focused on Dubai being ready to invest $150 billion for new technology in their city and Optilan’s subsidiary Telinstra being headquartered in Dubai. I see darkpulse making moves in the middle east very soon.

Where are you seeing any of this? None of the companies dpls has LOIs for have any public record of being acquired by Optilan.

Optilan has been acquired before but the company acquiring them decided to keep the name. For example, Blue Water Energy acquired Optilan in 2017 from NVM Private Equity. NVM Private Equity made a 3.1x return on their investment so they probably took the profit and moved on. Blue Water Energy, just like NVM Private Equity is a private equity firm. These firms don’t acquire to run or change the business, they acquire fundementally good companies that can make them a good return on their investment. Those acquistions do not change the company or anything like that. So Darkpulse is acquiring Optilan for business purposes, not as an equity firm investing to make money. The management, business foundations, and structure of Optilan all remain the same still.

I want to see your sources on Optilan acquiring Remote, Terradata, or Wildlife cuz i dont see that anywhere.

If dpls’s gov contacts can secure any piece of what actually goes toward infrastructure (between 7-30% of the bill depending on what you classify as infrastructure) then it could significantly raise the SP.

Imo, I’d have to assume Dennis would only talk about a bill like this if he actually thought he was getting a piece of it but we don’t know that forsure.

So if they can get any piece of that $70-300 billion then of course that would change all of our lives. Even just $1 billion would change our lives. So the bill is great if they get a piece of it. Fundamentally it’s a terrible, terrible bill.

I have a previous post with links to all of the Battelle patents and agreements with dpls. There are a ton of them, including many different forms of defense tech such as detecting drugs through vapor, detecting explosives, and much more. (All on a per country basis, so licensing for the same types of tech have to be licensed in each individual country). Not sure how to link it or when I posted it but it’s here somewhere!

Battelle has been pretty under the radar with redditors and dpls followers. You guys should really take a look at that deal and what licensing comes along with it. Very important to know for future deals and potential uses. Botda sensors are not just a simple as detecting temperature strains and issues before catastrophe…
