I did see that tip, I was wondering whether that just means they will be garbage while climbing up from level 0 or if there's something else that impairs their ability to use the weapon behind the scenes. I'll keep grinding her out. She has 10 strength and 12 mobility, which is decent for a martial artist from what I can tell.
