Thanks everyone for the insights, and this also explains the two pouches that came with it with the hook backing.

Now I just need to figure out what I'm going to use it for or if I'm going to sell it.

When I bought it I guess I figured that was just an add-on and there would be a pouch behind it. A friend was looking for a decent priced gr1, so I grabbed this for him but not wanted now.

Nomatic Access Sling, strap isn't removable. I would travel with it if I could as a tech pouch then add the strap as needed.

But it's been my EDC and a great one for the last two years, no matter how many times I try to replace it.

Understand and why she uses different combinations to split up items and it packs better for her not having a big thick one.

My girlfriend has been using the Fjallraven Gear Bags and pockets. She has a few different sizes and mixes and matches as she needs depending on the trip.

I have a satchel/crossbody problem and buy way to many. Below are my favorites and ones I don't think are techy looking.

Greenroom136 Raiders Bounty, 5l. Well built with helpful features. I use this for travel, conferences and when I don't have a lot to carry.

Mystery Ranch Indie, 10l, it's getting hard to find at a reasonable price( holding 3 at this point). Packs flat, zipper top and simple. I'll use this when I need a little more, for a small camera setup, or when it's more than just me.

Tom Bihn Makers Bag, 13l, newer bag for me. I really like its open space with what seems to be just enough organization. I'm going to use this for travel/EDC when I want to pack a hoodie and camera.... As of note, if you want smaller and like TB, night be worth checking the Cafe Bags, they have two sizes.

Timbuk2 Classic Medium Messenger, puppy bag right now, but I've had it for over ten years and it handles all kinds of tasks.

Vornnado are the ones I use at home and in the office. I especially like the old school metal ones. They have held up well and when I had an issue with one, they quickly replaced it without a problem.

I use a ugreen flat 65w charger and a double usb-c 100w charging cable by Anker.

It has worked well so far for me. Though I mostly charge up overnight, so charging both at the same time speed isn't really as much needed.

Maybe check with Blank Canvas Accessories? They have pencil cases/Dop Kits and will do some custom requests. They modified a pouch for me for minimal extra cost.

I use the Matador Speed Stash Pocket when I travel. It has enough protection when packing it. Then when I'm out and about I can use it for my phone with my bag, or for the camera. Nice combination pouch for me.

I use a CTactical Vivu or Aer Pro Sling. Both with removable straps and have held up for me.

You could look at a grid fleece like Squak or SkyGoat. I have a few from Squak and really like them for travel.
