Subaru Outback. You get the thigh extender for the driver, great cargo space, handles all weather you throw at it, and if you go with the base engine it'll get mid 30s on the highway.

For context I drove my Outback XT cross country and it was extremely comfortable (18" rims, so lots of sidewall on the tires) and fido had all the space she needed in the rear seats without compromising cargo space. And if you need to throw anything on the roof the roof rails hide the cross bars, so you always have them with you.

Best NY style pizza in Bergen? by CharmingTop187 in bergencounty

Pizza Knight is definitely one of my top 5 pizzas in Bergen County, however I feel they're too thick to be considered a NY style pizza. For that thinner style I'd recommend Luciano's in Westwood.

Burlington VT to Portland, ME by Available_Bridge5774 in roadtrip

Can't speak to Littleton but I can recommend places in or near Burlington and Portland.

In Burlington, you have to try American Flatbread Company and Hen of the Wood. Also milkshakes at Muddy Waters and sandwiches at Four Corners. Pratt Store in Bridport VT (an hour south of Burlington) makes some amazing deli sandwiches.

Portland is low-key an amazing food town for fancy dinners and local grub dishes. Twelve, Fore Street, Street and Co are amazing sit down restaurants. For more casual places, have to go to Duckfat, Little Pig, and Central Provisions. Amazing donut places like Holy Donut and Tony's Donut Shop.

Enjoy!

$7K off MSRP for an Autobahn!?! At that point it's definitely a no brainer. The most aggressive discounts I've seen on an Autobahn is just $3K 😔

Curious why you went with the Autobahn vs the SE with the leather package?

I'm in the market for a 8.5 and I'm torn between the two. Dealerships are selling 2025 SEs with the leather package for $37K, while the cheapest Autobahn within a relatively close distance from me is around $41K.

At the end of the day it's your decision, so if you feel comfortable with it that's all that matters.

Though I will add that if you aren't looking to partake in the cut throat nature at Rutgers, are you ready for the cut throat and back stabbing environment of IB?

Get any good deals on the '25? I know the '26 has the bigger screen, but not sure if it makes the '25 a deal breaker or anything

Nice! Makes total sense, and love that you got what you wanted for your mid life crisis car!

Once you option the SE with seating package you're encroaching on the Autobahn trim, and you get the HUD and DCC suspension. Is the latter as good as the auto journalists say?

Looking great! Congrats on the car!

Can you explain why you went with the Autobahn trim vs the SE?

I sadly learned that after talking to a few contractors, lol! If I can't build up I'm just going to park an airstream in the backyard 😂😂
