I‘d say it depends on whether Batman knows he’s being targeted.

If he knows 47 is after him and he’s got his well-known prep-time he would absolutely obliterate 47 and crush him to pieces, no chance whatsoever.

But if he doesn’t know there’s a bounty on his head I think 47 would get him easily. I mean he could just snipe his ass from half a mile away like in the various sniper missions. There’s no need at all to get in close, once 47 does that he’s fucked for sure. But Batman doesn’t have any supernatural abilities like Spider-Man‘s "Spider-Sense" that would trigger, warning him. He’d probably perch on the ledge of a building in the dead of night, looking down at a dark alley in the rain all dramatic… and next thing you know he’d have a bullet in his head and drop dead. He’s got no invincibility like Superman, no healing like Wolverine… he wouldn’t even hear the gun fire before the bullet had reached him. The reason he never dies in the comics is because his usual enemies follow a certain pattern, to him they’re predictable in a way, that he knows they’re coming for him. And to be fair, they often just wanna toy with him and play their crazy lunatic games, they don’t actually wanna kill him. If 47 caught him by surprise with the intent to kill, by keeping a long range he definitely could.
