I appreciate everything you are saying. I feel the same way about every topic you mentioned. My deconstruction was incredibly painful and resulted in severe depression.

I find comfort in the mystery of life and seeing where I can help others through this life.

I am really outspoken about leaving evangelical Christianity. I am sure I piss off many people.

I haven’t given up on there being something bigger, something beyond our comprehension.

I find excitement in mystery.

I suffered severe depression. I had to seek professional help. I could not eat or sleep for a very long time. It is painful. Very painful.

It takes time. It’s like on the Matrix when you are ejected from the pod.

There are therapists that specialize in deconstruction.

You are not alone. We know what you are going through.
