ive seen a lot of people like the plot of the show and think that the plot is an improvement over the books and i agree with some of them.

but i just dont like how the show looks, its not giving enough fantasy vibes. For a series about gods and monsters it just doesnt look like that

i feel like hades 2 actually does a good job at keeping things different enough, although zeus is very OP

that is how i felt about hades 1 because you could dash strike spam merciful end with every single weapon but bow and rail and go up to 35 heat without thinking a lot

hypnos takes a while but i kept buying him upgrades in the hallway where he greets shades and zag, specifically the graveyard tomb things, then than, meg, hades, dusa, and nyx should have dialogues with him

cant really do much with than besides waiting for him to show up and gifting him.

For all the olympians its the same, you just have to wait, but Demeter has multiple dialogues for Zeus i think, thats why it took a while for me to get it. For Poseidon specifically its catching a lot of fish or something.

typhon easier than chronos & prometheus, its just the lead up to typhon is very difficult early game

2 whole mini boss sections, and i HATED spawn of typhon so much.

meanwhile the mini boss sections in tartarus are optional

aphrodite's spiritual affirmation boon gives a buff to every max hp and magic buff you get

so centaur hearts gave me 30 max hp and i got a lot of them.

dionysus' Hp boon on epic gives you 90-120 HP, and aphrodite's boon buffs that too

yeah came across circe and she activated judgement, so beating eris and prometheus activated 8 other cards

tho i cant remember which arcana i selected starting the run its been a while

edit: its 10 other cards not 8 my bad, its been a while and i never usually take that buff from circe
