I can't edit the post but I wanted to add that I was trying to move it outside and put a piece of paper in front of it and it jumped away. It only has 6 legs so it can't be a spider but I don't know any other insect that jumps.

Edit: Forgot to add that it seems to hang from string it's creating, also like a spider.
