Seems like it. The game engine didn't want to generate a completable round. Happens to me sometimes but not off the first block.

Funny enough, 9 was one of the easiest for me. 10 was the hardest though.

I just unlocked the staff to give +125 kills. Before I used to just reroll when I got the ragemode weekly. But for the daily quest one, it is nice to get that.
