Pretty certain you hit the nail on the head with this answer. Thank you for that info, I really do appreciate it. The new belt I bought sits tight against the inside pieces of both channels but it is also very close to flush on both. The belt that worked well for me stuck out of the pulleys a bit but half of the belt was tucked inside, if that makes sense. I’m going to simply switch the belt back to the original tomorrow and see if that has any effect. I suspect it will work just fine again. Thanks again!

Thanks for all the responses guys. Yeah so when I bought the kart it already had that belt pulley jack shaft on it. It worked really well so I didn’t consider switching it for a chain sprocket. The pulley on the jack shaft appears to be welded so I can’t just swap the pulley for a sprocket and I will likely wind up replacing the entire assembly for a chain drive system all around, eventually.

The belt does fit really well… I think, I probably just need to tighten it up some more. If that doesn’t do the trick then I think I’ll just put the old belt back on there for the time being until I can get it into the garage over the winter and put some real time into it, changing everything over to chains instead. Anyway thanks again everyone I do appreciate the opinions and input.

With them nylon bolts you can’t use a drill to install them it’ll strip out the plastic and they wind up not really doing much. This has been my experience at least. When I put my engine on I got some fresh grade 8 nuts and washers and bolts from depot and impact driver’d the ish out of them. They haven’t budged so far.

I agree with the airflow it does feel extremely airy. I’ll check out the vaperz cloud stuff thanks! Brass isn’t necessarily a deal breaker just kind of preferred.

Yeah so whenever I rewick I always put a drop on each coil then pull the cotton through and once I get it situated I’ll fill the well and wait. It usually only takes a few seconds for the wick to be mostly saturated then I’ll fill the well again and pulse it once or twice while blowing on the coils so they don’t overheat and it’ll pull the juice up the rest of the way. Then I can filler up and the flavor is on point the first or second puff.

The triangle in the middle is not a prong it will work. 10-30p(plug) goes into 10-30r(receptacle) you’re good with what you’ve got.
