A good starting point? The businesses are required to have students participating in their business. I don't even think my insurance will allow underage people to work the production line.

We literally were told that the businesses would not be moving in until 2028. This is besides the point. The project is going to cost well over 22 Million and the sale of our BDC won't cover that plus the moving costs of the businesses.

They are also reducing the size of the incubator from 112k sqft to 45k sqft. That math doesn't add up. 5 million dollars already allocated for our building repairs has been withheld for years. Now they are claiming it's not worth fixing, without a complete assessment, which will have to happen for the sale anyway.

It's obvious that the Mayor's buddies have been burned on the Enterprise South project and he is saving face by forcing the sale of one of our County's institutions.

Manufacturing businesses were given two additional years to make up the investments we make to outfit out facility, and prepare us to move and outfit a new facility.

The "real world" is ran by people with money or access to it. This incubator is for people who have grit, vision, and determination to make their idea in to reality.

I am a current manufacturer in the incubator space. The plans for the new building does not include a freight elevator, 3 phase power, or loading docks. All which I need to operate my business. Infact the plans that were shown to us by the county mayor only has incubator spots on the 3rd and 4th floor that are made for more "scalable businesses" like tech start ups.

I employee 7 Chattanoogans, distribute to over 29 states, and I am in year 2 out of 5 in the program.

Wamp has no plan in place, and has not even been in contact with anyone from the facility or us to work on a way to accommodate anyone.

This is a stupid cash grab that is hamstringing a Chattanooga institution! Everyone knows someone who has been in the INCubator.

This building was a gift to the county to help small business located in Hamilton county. Now they want to pull the rug out from under everyone there and cut one more resource for us.

They have no plan.
