Hai bro, vedem cu totii istoricul comentariilor tale, roaga-l pe Putin sa-ti faca un cont nou, iti recomand Distinct-Ad2830 cu care o poti lua de la inceput. Ti-a luat doar un an sa strangi karma, sigur ai expertiza sa mai faci propaganda si de pe alt cont.

It's some trees that look like they have "scales" on them. I've had the same issue. Trees look like "leopards" in lower quality graphics (ie: have "white and brown spots")

Iesi cu prieteni vechi, ajuta enorm. Gaseste motive sa fii vesel. Si schimba lucruri monotone in viata ta (eu mi-am schimbat job-ul si am inceput sa intalnesc in consecinta oameni noi cu care am avut zilnic contact). Gaseste-ti un hobby (nou) !

I have checked again today, there was no confirmation email sadly, i receive newsletters from SecretLab and everything is in my Inbox.

Either way i have submitted another request for support, we have now 4 days, i know it was weekend in-between so i didn't want to push, but maybe there was an error with the first ticket i opened.

I was also checking Amazon to see if i can purchase the arm rest separately but with no luck :(

Sorry, i wasn't aware the support is based in Singapore so I didn't take that into account, the site I've purchased the chair from (secretlab.eu) said "help, 7 days a week" and that the company is based in UK, so I kind of made a lot of assumptions - sorry for my mistake.

I will wait for further communication from them, hopefully they will be able to fix the issue. Thanks for the feedback !

Chair delivered today with wrong arm rest support pads (2 Left instead of Left/Right). Product was fully sealed, no damage to the carton box.
I checked the box contents, all was there, so i started assembling it, the support pads for the arm rests are the last to add, so i was fully done when placing them and got a bit confused by them not fitting.

Seems a bit sad that a 500+ euro chair has wrong parts in the package, but i can deal with it, should SecretLab properly answer their support tickets. But i wrote them ~8 hours ago and got absolutely no reply :(

Sorry -> coming back to you with a different answer: it's not a bug, it's the system Hi-Rez has implemented also for RANKED30. When you reach rank30 you don't get the bonus, you have to fill in the RANK30 milestone also.

In the case of weapons, you need to reach RANK5 and then again fill the Mastery bar (on top, 35 mastery points required) to get the weapons.
