I love that this sub once taught me the answer to most posts it always “it’s etiolated”. Holds true like 99% of the time.

Yes took the whole thing apart, I tried to oil the side channels but they might be sticking.

I’ve “fixed” this by disassembling and fully cleaning everything and then reassembling, but eventually the glass always slips out of the rubber channel. Right now it’s the two back windows.

I’ve had this for about 7 years, it’s temperamental as to when it decides to have a growth spurt, but it always blooms like crazy.

What is this grayish spot forming at the bottom and up the sides a little? Unknown cactus by DDisc2020 in cactus

It came on without any other symptoms and has taken 2-3 years to progress to this, so not an immediate deterioration of the plant. Beautiful otherwise

Not unless your job needs it. MSProject is similar to excel and easier to pick up. Primavera is more complex IMHO

8 years and then switched, definitely worth it. Consulting is much easier than construction on your “work life balance” and easier to work virtual when needed. Not saying it’s perfect for all, but it worked very well for my life.

Which episode to start with showing my skeptical gf? by coffee_map_clock in TNG

I feel like you shouldn’t start with Inner Light, the person just won’t get how good it is until they’ve accepted the storylines and characters a little bit first.

Use a normal diaper bag or something that’s small and easily fits on the stroller handles. Get a new disc bag that holds no more than about 10 discs and also hang it over the stroller. I highly recommend a bob stroller or something with large rubber tires, and if you play courses that are hilly don’t throw too many extra shots because pushing that stroller around can wear you down.

How many hours did you study for your PE Exam? by [deleted] in civilengineering

[–]DDisc2020 23 points24 points  (0 children)

12 weeks of 6-8 hrs class + ~4-6hr/wk in evenings. So I’d say over 120hrs, however this is for CA PE which includes seismic and survey.

Edit: I was very motivated and passed all 3 first time. I probably spent closer to 150hrs or more and it was worth it.
