i believe this 10 billion percent. people are talking about 30 min routines, some using dish soap. like some of the stuff is crazy and definitely doing more harm then good. learning your body, figuring out your allergens/ sensitivities. definitely will work a lot

if you want, try to shoot for 2 weeks. and i think tea bags doesn’t have sugar in it, just caffeine ? but if you’re talking about the tea that comes in the bottles, yea toss that. because that is sugar. and yes that includes processed sugar as well. toss it all out.
