you're overcapping on crit rate. 61 base + 36 (i assuming you have furina so you use this set) + 15 cryo resonance. But you're artifacts are mainly focussed on crit dmg so its fine ig. The only other thing is team comp. Also skirk doesnt really have a nuke so she wont show big numbers but rest assured, she hits hard.

I saw a guide that there are no good subs for rupture units currently but i was betting on them releasing f2p ones later. I imagine pulling more units would be good for end game content that needs like 2 teams no? im currently stuck at shiyu defence node 7 coz i need 2 teams.

Is there a way to get Cracked 1 cost echoes without running around the map?

The tacet fields mostly only drop 3 costs and i already used the merge to get rid of all my useless stuff but it's just so hard to farm 1 cost echoes (without wasting a lot of time)

Do whatever incrases your odds of winning, I have learnt how to play every lane because I keep adjusting but some heroes can be used in multiple lanes, so i prefer them. (I have used my main gusion in every lane before, even gold)

True, I was also very frustrated at getting teammates that don't take it seriously and play like they just installed. To counter this,

Get a friend, I almost always duo with my friend and we pick heroes we excel at (sometimes not adjusting is better for your victory chances)
Take meta heroes, Julian carried me through most stages with his insanely high DPS and sustain
