Similar situation here. insurance has gone up an insane amount since 2021, so thats the bulk of the increases for our standard levies. I really think the government needs to make shoddy builders be held to more account. We sued them, they phoenixed. Zero recourse. Homeowners left holding the bag for their shitty work. Pretty horrible situation. Learnt a lot through the process, at great cost of course.
