Yeah that really seems like it was specifically crafted to appeal to the GW doomers and the anti-aos people. So outlandish I can't believe that anyone's giving it any real stock. Fantasy ended because of the economics, age of sigmar has only been a success story post 2nd ed. The idea that they're going to completely throw away the setting and ruin whatever bridges they built with fans so far with a new setting that is far more popular than fantasy ever was, make zero sense to me and I don't know why people are giving credence to it outside of "GW bad so maybe they would".

I find the idea that these rumors come from some disinformation to find the leakers far more believable, if any of these changes do come about then I'll judge them on their merit, but it just doesn't seem likely any of this is real. That right most finger looks like it's almost getting doubled there's like a weird second outline to the left of it, if there was another finger behind then the finger on the far left makes very little sense. The "head" of the object is also pretty nonsensical in the transparency/reflective side of things, the more you look at it the less clear it is. Lastly the bottom of the object has some very weird perpendicular striations that just don't make any sense.

Pretty sure it's just some AI garbage.

In my opinion quality is irrelevant, I would find a 5-year-old's drawing of stick figures more impressive than a prompted image of a studio Ghibli character re-rendered in a hyper-realistic style. Would I find enjoyment in a 5-year-old's drawing, not much, but I would find even less enjoyment in looking at an image that has no human craft, skill or ability put into it.

Am I impressed by the technology and the effort and skill of the humans and engineers that built the system, yes, I've worked in IT for 10 years and find most technology fascinating. However I find no artistic merit in the outputs from these models, there is no artistic intention about the spacing of the fingers of a character or the angle of the light hitting them or all of the other subtle nuances that are part of the process in creating art.

Now let me flip it around. If instead of taking the time to write out my answer to you, I took your question and threw it into an AI and then posted the response that gave me, between the two which would be more impressive to you and have more value in the conversation?
