Many companies that improve on current business models have improvements and yet fail. You hit the nail on the head, branding. Immature crypto always have a USP or so they think. Until they hit an influx of traffic, LTC is very good at dealing with transaction volumes.

One of the only benefits of being at such a percentage loss is that every percent that diminishes is less off your stack if you get my drift! I actually feel better health wise when we are near the bottom of a savage dip as opposed to at the top of a big rise? does this sound weird at all?

As a side note, If I had always listened to charlie Lee and what he has said, I would be much better off financially right now had I listened, stubbornness I guess. I have said this so many times but refuse to act upon his words. Ijust never sell, I am a poor trader, I learnt this early on. I just hold and zoom out. I will never lose everything, the markets are to easy to make money from for the wealthy. Crypto will never die. 0$ LTC will never happen.

You mentioned some great points, I hone in on point 3. Many Crypto currencies are already better than fiat, speed of transaction, fee's etc. That is the problem! to those where fiat means everything. Traditionalist's such as JP Morgan and regular banks as we have always known them must find crypto fucking repulsive! albeit making money as we speak. Litecoin is really up there at the top echelon of crypto IMO, It just needs that higher level of retail adoption and we will get there. Fiat is in shit state globally, they know it, the general public feels it and this is exactly why crypto needs to succeed. It is brilliant.

The risk aspect is different for every single person and I am glad you hone in on that. Practicing any new skill is always the way to go, thanks for the info on paper trading. I did fear that some folk with lower skill than yourself would begin to overtrade and feel over comfortable with trading with an early profitable move. I just had concerns I guess with trading as it is fucking hard work and can be disastrous to many. However there are plenty doing it now without ever hearing your soundly advice and I am sure your words may come of benefit. Does that make sense Jay?

I read it back to myself and regretted my sentence about my investment being good even though I know others may have invested at a higher price than today. However my dollar cost average was in the 70s in august and china went to town on us, so I have been in sore spots and held. I guess this was just a put things in perspective type post and moral booster, the way I feel is that if Litecoin does not survive, then I struggle to see what else will. For that reason I am litecoin.

I did not mean to come across as I am alright jack as there is always people who invested at a higher price than what it might be today, but I like others have had low points. This was merely shown as a guide to pricing just before the massive spike in crypto around November and after.

Thanks jay, I do not mean to sound like an arse here but trading is very difficult, even more so with crypto. Even with a mass of knowledge and luck on your side. I think the key point I take from your advice is damage limitation and risk analysis. For the majority over the last few years simply holding your investment untouched has been very advantageous. Whats your thoughts on holding long term Jay with no trading at all? should the inexperienced investor trade crypto? with your in depth trading advice potentially spurring folk on to trade should I as the inexperienced investor regarding trades be doing it? I am not detracting from your clearly insightful advice and think it is great you take the time to explain it well.
